Pathway Development Centre (PDC) Youth are proud members of the Junior Premier League (JPL)

With that in mind, we are preparing for Season 2025/2026 and are holding an open trials day for all age groups.

Pathway Development Centre (PDC) are really proud to announce the exciting news of the launch of the new development centre which officially opens and delivers sessions from Tuesday 3rd June 2025

PDC are equally excited to collaborate with Pat Wilson of PW Training to deliver high quality, academy standard training sessions.

This exciting news brings our very own, academy manager, Micky Clayton and Pat Wilson back together in this joint venture where they first met and managed AFC Bournemouth Academy

The development centre has specialised, tailor made sessions for age groups U7 - U16, numbers will be limited so we strongly recommend you book now to avoid disappointment.

PDC Makes Club History....

Pathway Development Centre (PDC) Youth U10s made club history, when they were crowned Dorset County Cup Champions 2025!!

PDC was established in 2021 and this is the first time the club has won this prestigious title!

It goes without saying how enormously proud we are of our U10s to win this hugely anticipated cup final! Their hard work, training and build up to this paid off and it was a joy to witness them lift this trophy.

We of course, would like to congratulate a worthy opponent in Dorchester Town FC, they turned up just as determined and took us to a 2-2 draw going into the second half.

However, PDC took this as a positive and turned thing around by increasing their intensity, becoming more creative in possession, counter attacking in packs and becoming compact all over the pitch in & out of possession. Whilst hitting the post and crossbar a colossal 8 times in the first half - PDC knew they had to be more clinical in front of goal and thats exactly what they accomplished.

PDC would like to take this opportunity to thank our friends at Dorset FA for such a wonderfully organised cup finals day, to all of the officials, players, coaches and supporters in which make these days happen.

PDC U10s - we are so very proud and so excited for your futures.

We Are The Champions...

Pathway Development Centre (PDC) are proud to announce the newly crowned U9 Testway Hampshire Cup Champions

PDC U9 Colts!!

A huge congratulations to this team, their persistence, hunger and determination has paid off and they deserve every bit of success that comes their way starting with being crowned Hampshire Testway Champions!

The final was true testament to how hard this team has worked all season.

PDC would like to congratulate our friends at Worthys Youth who we faced in the final for a second year running for such a quality display of football at such a young age.

The colts remained composed and in charge from the whistle, playing with confidence and picking out passes which enabled them to play through the thirds. Out of possession recovery runs were outstanding ensuring all of the players were behind the ball.

Congratulations Colts, PDC could not be prouder of the team you have become, and we cannot wait to see what your future looks like.

Once again, we would like to thank Testway League for such a well run cup final day and thank you to the players, family and extended family for making the journey to Salisbury and creating such unforgettable memories.
