Micky Clayton
Academy Manager
Micky formerly worked at AFC Bournemouth alongside Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall heading up the Pre-Academy, Foundation and lead phase JTC. As well as PDC Academy Manager he currently works for recruitment at Southampton FC Academy covering Dorset.
Laura Watson
Operations Manager/Welfare Lead
Laura helped set PDC up right back in the early days, ensuring the club became affiliated and accredited with the FA. Her background in school/teaching environments enabled her to take on our safeguard and welfare role with ease.
Brian Stock
Director of Football
Brian brings a wealth of experience working alongside Micky at AFC Bournemouth. Brian played for AFCB before his move to Preston North End FC and furthered his career at Doncaster Rovers & Burnley FC as well as obtaining 3 Welsh International Caps
Steve Lovell
U15 Phase Coach
Steve spent in excess of 20 years at professional and international level playing for AFC Bournemouth, Portsmouth FC, Dundee Utd, Falkirk FC, Patrick Thistle FC, Aberdeen, Exeter City, Sheffield UTD and QPR plus international caps for Wales. Steve brings a mass amount of knowledge from his journey as a professional player
Danny Holmes
Lead Phase (u9-U11)
Danny has a wealth of professional academy coaching experience, working as a YDP lead at AFC Bournemouth under the infamous Sean Brooks. Danny spent a number of years as a professional player with Luton and Middlesbrough
Nick Clarke
Lead Phase (Mini Kickers - U8)
Nick has 10 years experience working at AFC Bournemouth community and the kick start programme. Nick's expertise is working with players at the beginning of their journey at mini-kickers 4years-10years
Alex Fermor-Dunman
Phase Coach
Alex demonstrates a lifetime of experience working within various sports and represented England national team in hockey. These skills and natural coaching methods have made the transitional change to football. Alex is currently director of sport at one of our local private schools.
Angie Keefer
Parent Liaison
Angie and her family made a bold move 5 years ago to move from South Africa to England and everyone who meets her instantly feels her warmth and friendliness. Angie looks after parent queries and looks after admin for the U15s
Harry Clayton
Goalkeeper Specific Coach
Harry is currently representing Oxford United FC Academy as an U15/U16 goalkeeper. Also attends the training programme with the U18s-scholars. Harry will be giving back a lot of his wealth of knowledge to our younger goalkeepers as assistant phase goalkeeping coach
